Independent assistance and recovery inquiries
Tesla Roadside Assistance in Dubai
Tesla stopped, has a flat tire, or cannot reach a charger? Call to discuss suitable roadside help or recovery to an agreed destination. Confirm the equipment, arrival estimate and total cost before dispatch. For immediate danger or injury, contact emergency services first.
Price direction: published flatbed examples to Al Quoz are AED 120 from Ras Al Khor and AED 190 from Jebel Ali. These are external starting-price references, not our tariff. Tesla handling, VAT and your final total need confirmation. See price inclusions.
Availability and arrival time require confirmation. This is not Tesla’s manufacturer roadside service.

People first
Start with safety, then arrange the right help
Danger, smoke or injury
Contact emergency services and follow their instructions. Move away from the vehicle if safe when there is smoke, fire, unusual heat or a suspected battery incident. A workshop inquiry is not an emergency response.
Stopped but no immediate danger
Follow the vehicle warning and local road-safety instructions. Avoid traffic when sharing your location. Do not drive on a flat or visibly damaged tire, or continue when the car tells you to stop.
After a collision, flooding or significant underbody impact, tell the responder before anyone attempts to move or charge the car. Do not open high-voltage components or touch exposed cables. The vehicle’s condition must determine the recovery plan. After safe recovery, arrange a separate Tesla collision damage assessment where needed.
Before you authorize dispatch
Roadside assistance and recovery costs
Transport, roadside attendance and repairs have separate charges. The references below help you compare a recovery quote; they do not establish a Tesla Repair Dubai price.
| Published journey | AED per trip | What to confirm for your Tesla |
|---|---|---|
| Ras Al Khor to Al Quoz | AED 120 | Accessible pickup, loading requirements and the receiving workshop |
| Jebel Ali to Al Quoz | AED 190 | Pickup access, distance and the actual vehicle condition |
| Jebel Ali to Ras Al Khor, non-runner | AED 200 | Whether the car rolls, and whether skates, extraction or other equipment costs extra |
Source: Raseen UAE’s published flatbed rate examples. These general vehicle references are not Tesla-specific quotes. The source does not specify VAT treatment. Confirm VAT and all extras in your written total; access, timing and vehicle condition can change the charge.
Roadside attendance, tire work, low-voltage assistance and difficult basement extraction: request a vehicle-specific price before agreeing. No fixed callout or parts price is published here.
| Cost factor | Confirm before dispatch |
|---|---|
| Attendance and service | Callout or assessment charge, what can be attempted at the location and whether recovery is included |
| Pickup and destination | Route, distance, destination acceptance and any agreed extra stop |
| Access and equipment | Basement restrictions, locked wheels, damaged tires, winching, skates or other specialist handling |
| Parts and workshop work | Any tire or low-voltage part, fitting and separate diagnosis. Do not assume these are included in transport |
| Total and conditions | VAT treatment, waiting time, cancellation, tolls, parking or storage where applicable, payment and written terms |
Confirm who will attend and who is responsible for the transport if a recovery partner is arranged. Ask for a revised quote before approving extra equipment or a changed destination. Do not assume a workshop warranty or manufacturer reimbursement applies to a recovery charge.
A confirmed equipment plan helps avoid sending a truck that cannot load your car. Agree the destination and total before authorizing dispatch.
Identify what is needed
Roadside help, transport and repair are different jobs
At the vehicle
Limited roadside assistance
A tire concern, access issue or suspected low-voltage problem may be assessed for help at the location. Confirm equipment, correct parts and a safe working area first. An on-site repair is not always possible.
To a suitable destination
Vehicle recovery
If the car cannot safely move, discuss transport to an agreed workshop or suitable charging location. Locked wheels, poor access or collision damage can require additional recovery equipment.
After arrival
Workshop diagnosis
Recovery moves the vehicle; it does not diagnose or repair its fault. Agree separate inspection and repair charges. A warning alone does not establish that a battery or drive unit needs replacement.
Help the responder prepare
Send these details before dispatch
- Your exact location Share a pin, road name, travel direction and nearest exit or landmark. For parking, include the building, level, entrance and height restriction.
- The car and the issue Give the Tesla model and year, the displayed warning and remaining charge if visible. Mention flat tires, a collision, water exposure or modifications.
- Access and movement Say whether the doors open, the screen works and a key is available. Describe blocked or damaged wheels without attempting to move them yourself.
- The intended destination Confirm where the vehicle should go and whether that location can receive it.
A clear warning photo is useful when it is safe to take one. Do not stand in traffic to inspect the vehicle. A VIN can be shared privately later if needed to identify equipment or parts.

Tesla transport requirements
Keep all four wheels off the road during transport
Tesla recommends a flatbed. Any alternative must follow the applicable model’s transport instructions and keep all wheels off the ground. Do not arrange an ordinary tow with wheels rolling on the road.
Confirm the exact vehicle
The operator needs the model, build and condition. Suspension, ride height, wheel damage and modifications affect loading.
Check the loading route
Basement ramps, tight turns, low clearance and the truck’s access need assessment before arrival.
Use the applicable procedure
Tow or Transport Mode is for controlled loading over a short distance. It is not permission for road towing.
Escalate a non-rolling car
If the screen, key or low-voltage power is unavailable, tell the operator. Proper wheel skates or dollies may be needed; do not drag the car.
Operators should follow the vehicle’s Model 3 transport instructions, and select the matching manual for other models and builds. Loading and securing points must follow that manual. Confirm the required equipment is available for your pickup.
Choose the right help
Low-voltage power and driving charge are different
A low-voltage boost can support vehicle electronics. It does not refill the battery that powers your journey.
Access and electronics
Low-voltage power
Supports the screen, locks and vehicle electronics. A low-voltage fault needs the correct assessment and procedure for your build.
Next step
Tell the responder whether the screen works and a key is available. Not every Tesla uses a conventional 12-volt battery.
Energy for driving
Traction battery charge
Supplies driving energy. If charge is depleted, a conventional jump-start will not restore driving range.
Next step
Discuss suitable recovery to an agreed compatible charger. Mobile traction-battery charging is not guaranteed.
Before choosing a charging destination
- Confirm the connector matches your vehicle, especially on imports.
- Check charger availability, operating status and access.
- Agree loading equipment, destination acceptance and the total cost.

Damage or a battery warning changes the plan
After a collision, connector damage or a battery warning, charging may be inappropriate. Tell the responder and arrange assessment. Do not connect an improvised power source.
Possible manufacturer coverage? Check Tesla’s UAE roadside assistance options in the Tesla app. Its policy does not financially cover running out of range; other eligibility and charges depend on current terms.
Example assistance requests
What help might your Tesla need?
These hypothetical situations are not completed recoveries or fixed-price offers. Availability, equipment and the final work must be confirmed for the vehicle and location.
2023 Model Y
Flat tire in open parking
Assumed situation The car is accessible, with no collision or other reported damage.
What to include in the quote Attendance and tire assessment, a correctly matched tire if required, or suitable transport if work cannot be completed there. Tire, fitting, balancing and recovery are separate items unless the estimate includes them. Compare specifications and fitting details on our Tesla tire service page.
2022 Model 3
Unable to drive after charge depletion
Assumed situation No reported collision or battery-damage warning, but driving energy is depleted.
What to include in the quote Suitable recovery and loading to an agreed compatible charging location. Charging fees, waiting time and further diagnosis are not automatically included. Low-voltage condition still needs consideration.
2019 Model S
No screen response in a basement
Assumed situation Access and power are uncertain, and the recovery truck may not enter the parking level.
What to include in the quote Access and low-voltage assessment, the correct equipment and a feasible extraction route. A replacement battery, specialist handling or subsequent workshop work requires its own approval. Our Tesla low-voltage battery service explains conventional 12-volt replacement; other builds require a different matched system.
For each scenario, request the total in AED, VAT treatment, exclusions and any applicable service or parts warranty in writing. Model year alone is insufficient to confirm a battery, wheel or connector specification.
Confirm the actual configuration
What can change the assistance plan
Build and original market
A Model 3 or Model Y may have a different low-voltage system from another build. Imported Teslas can have different charging hardware. Share the exact details instead of booking a generic battery or charger service.
Suspension and access
Some Model S and Model X configurations have adjustable air suspension. The operator must use the applicable transport and lifting instructions. Lowered suspension, damaged wheels and aftermarket accessories also need to be declared.
For Cybertruck, Roadster or another configuration outside the usual Model S, 3, X and Y range, confirm support before dispatch. Equipment and procedures must be matched to the specific vehicle.

After assistance or delivery
Confirm the next step before driving again
At the destination
Confirm the vehicle was handed over to the agreed recipient. Keep the transport record, condition photos and any findings. Approve workshop diagnosis separately from recovery.
After a tire concern
Use the pressure specified on your vehicle’s tire-information label, not the number shown in a reference photograph. Repeated pressure loss, a bulge or new vibration needs further assessment.
After a power or charging issue
A temporary return of screen power does not prove the underlying fault is fixed. Follow the warning and arrange the recommended checks. Confirm that a planned charging session actually starts.
Before the next journey
Review any remaining warning, repair restriction or return visit. Plan charging with an adequate margin and keep a working key available. Ask who to contact if the original symptom returns.
Are you Tesla’s official roadside assistance service?
No. Tesla Repair Dubai is an independent workshop operated by AMF Auto Services LLC. Tesla’s own assistance and warranty terms are separate. If your incident may be covered, check the Tesla app or your insurer before authorizing a paid independent service.
Can you promise an arrival time anywhere in Dubai?
No fixed arrival time is promised on this page. Share the pickup point and vehicle condition, then confirm availability and a current estimate. Traffic, access, equipment and the incident can affect dispatch. An unanswered message is not a confirmed recovery. Overnight and weekend attendance also require confirmation; this page does not guarantee a 24/7 dispatch service.
How much does Tesla roadside assistance cost in Dubai?
There is no single price for attendance, transport and repairs. Published external flatbed references are shown in the costs section. Ask for your own itemized AED total, including VAT, loading, access, waiting and any parts or workshop work before authorizing dispatch.
Can the vehicle be collected from a basement?
It depends on height restrictions, ramp angle, turning space, wheel condition and access permissions. Send those details before dispatch. The operator must confirm a suitable extraction plan; a normal flatbed may not reach the car.
Can you unlock my Tesla remotely?
This page does not promise remote unlocking or manufacturer account access. Explain whether the app, key card or key works and whether the vehicle has power. The appropriate access route and proof of authorization must be confirmed.
Can passengers travel in the recovery vehicle?
Ask before dispatch and state the number of passengers and any child-seat or mobility needs. Do not assume passenger transport is included. Arrange a separate safe journey if the attending vehicle cannot accommodate you.
Will insurance pay for the recovery?
Coverage depends on your policy, incident and authorization requirements. Contact the insurer before paying where practical and keep the itemized invoice. We cannot promise reimbursement or that independent work will preserve or void every manufacturer warranty claim.
